Please read the following agreement carefully:

Acceptance: This agreement constitutes the entire and exclusive contract between TPI-US.com and the Purchaser. By placing an order with us, the purchaser accepts and consents to all the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.

Liability Limitation: TPI-US.com disclaims all liability for, and purchaser specifically waives all rights to, any special, incidental or consequential damages, which purchaser or its customer might suffer directly or indirectly as a result of any breach of any warranty, representation or covenant by TPI-US.com or its supplier / manufacturer.

Govering Law: Any dispute regarding the interpretation or validity hereof shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, US. The parties (both Seller and Purchaser) hereby agree that any dispute relating to the product, service, payment, and shipment of sale furnished hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phoenix, Arizona.
